Yesterday I took my iPhone XS Max to my store in Visalia to appoint a Geek Squad to change my screen because it is irresponsible. Apple Care was projected to cover the cost of replacing the screen. During the appointment, the employee told me that he would try to make haste because he wanted to start his lunch break, when I asked how long it would take. The employee also forgot to fill me the paperwork before I started repairing the phone, which I thought was strange. 20 minutes later he came back out and told me that he could not replace the screen because the safety screws had been removed, and told me that the dirt had to be done. I know this is not possible, and moreover, only one screw was snatched, so he did not understand what he told me. I have also received a case on my phone from the day I and I have received nor has anyone else attempted to open the phone, other than the Geek Squad staff who were attempting to fix it.
